One-to-One Tutoring with a High School Honors Student

These high school student associations, NHS (National Honor Society) and Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society), would like to offer tutoring oppertunities for KMS students.

There are several high school student associations, NHS (National Honor Society) and Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society), that would like to offer tutoring opportunities for KMS students.

Contact the following club sponsors at HVA and KHS.  The sponsor will give the parent contact information to a student suitable for the tutoring job.  The high school student will contact the middle school parent to arrange a time and place for tutoring.  These students must earn service hours, so the tutoring is free.  All tutoring will take place outside of school hours and off of Knox County School property.

Email the club sponsor with the following information:

Parent Name
Parent Phone Number(s)
Parent email address
Student Name

This new buzzer system is part of an ongoing effort by our school system to proactively make the safety and security of our students a top priority. Karns Middle School appreciates the district’s commitment to student safety. It is always conducive to student learning when students feel safe and secure. For more information, please click below.
